THE FIRST SIGNARTURE EDITION

1. Introductory offer

The First SignaRture Edition is a limited introductory offer available to the first three clients who commission a SignaRture design from Jacobs Elements.

Eligible clients receive a 10% introductory advantage on the agreed price of their commissioned design.

2. Commission and production

Each SignaRture is individually designed and produced following consultation with the client and approval of the final design. The commission is confirmed once the client has accepted the final quotation in writing.

3. Portfolio and promotional use

As a condition of participating in this introductory edition, the client grants Jacobs Elements permission to photograph and display the commissioned SignaRture, including images of the finished piece, for portfolio and promotional purposes.

This may include publication on the Jacobs Elements website, in its portfolio, on social media and in other promotional materials.

This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of the commissioned piece or any intellectual property rights.

4. Privacy

The client’s name, address and other personal details will not be published without separate permission. Any identifiable people or private spaces will only be shown with the client’s consent.

5. Limited availability

The introductory offer is limited to the first three confirmed commissions. Jacobs Elements reserves the right to close the offer once all three places have been filled.

6. Acceptance

Participation in The First SignaRture Edition requires written acceptance of these terms before the commission is confirmed.
